Founder and Senior Instructor Chintal Barot

Chintal has dedicated her career to working with investors, global companies, multilateral institutions and policy-makers on sustainable economic growth. She is an expert in climate change, gender, and inclusion and other environmental and social issues. She has cross-sectoral experience in the financial, agriculture, retail, clean energy, infrastructure and ship recycling sectors. Chintal has been running CoSustain Consulting Ltd for over 10 years, and was previously with PwC and Accenture. Chintal has been coaching individuals for over a decade and is a Senior Sector Advisor for Executive MBA and MBA students at Oxford University Said Business School and Cambridge Judge Business School.

Senior Instructor Jessica Espinoza

Jessica is CEO of 2X Global, a global industry body for gender lens investing convening the entire spectrum of capital providers. Jessica was previously the Vice President for Private Equity & Venture Capital Investments at DEG/KfW. Jessica serves on the Board of Directors of AlphaMundi Foundation, is the Founder of XOCO, an inclusive edtech venture and a fellow at Columbia eLab. She coaches and mentors professionals and students on careers with impact.
